Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PP96 online platform accessible via pp96.click ("Platform"). PP96 is an online entertainment and betting platform that operates and provides services to users in Malaysia.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply accessing the PP96 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. 2.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at PP96. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. PP96 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Should multiple accounts be discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances and winnings will be frozen, and the final decision rests solely at PP96's discretion.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your PP96 account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact PP96 support immediately via live chat.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

PP96 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). All payment methods process deposits instantly. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for regular members, though limits may apply to new accounts or accounts currently under review.

3.2 Transaction Verification

All deposits must be made by the registered member using a payment method registered in that member's name. PP96 does not accept third-party payments. If a received deposit cannot be matched to a member's account within 24 hours, PP96 reserves the right to return the funds and reject any related claims.

3.3 Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for members who have completed all verification requirements. First-time withdrawals from a new account may require additional identity verification in accordance with PP96's KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. PP96 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are any queries regarding the source of funds or if suspicious activity is under investigation.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on PP96 — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). PP96 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

Betting, Gaming & Results

4.1 Bet Acceptance

PP96 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the maximum limit, bets placed during a technical outage, or bets placed on odds incorrectly displayed due to a system error.

4.2 Match Results

All betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. For Malaysian Super League and EPL football betting, the official results of FIFA and the respective league bodies apply. For badminton, BWF results are final. For Live Casino games, the results recorded in the game provider's system are final.

4.3 Void Bets

PP96 reserves the right to void bets and refund the staked amount in the event that:

• A match is abandoned or postponed for more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time.
• Odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• There is evidence of match manipulation or match-fixing.
• A bet is placed after the match result is already known (late betting).
• Bets placed using unauthorised system exploitation techniques.

4.4 In-Play Betting

For in-play betting, odds are updated in real time based on match developments. Bets confirmed at a specific set of odds will be accepted at those odds even if the odds change after confirmation, provided that the event affecting the odds occurs after your bet's confirmation time. PP96 uses an accurate and auditable confirmation timestamp system to ensure the fairness of this process.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All PP96 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all PP96 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless it is a recurring bonus as specifically stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• PP96 reserves the right to void any bonus and forfeit winnings derived from it if fraud or exploitation is found to have occurred.
• Every bonus has a set validity period — any bonus left unused within that period will expire automatically.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

Rollover refers to the number of times the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place a total of RM500 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. 5.3 PP96 Loyalty Programme

Prohibited Conduct & Unauthorised Use

• Money Laundering: Using the PP96 Platform for money laundering purposes or to transfer funds derived from illegal activities through PP96's payment systems.
• Technical Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other technological tools to exploit vulnerabilities in the PP96 system for an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker or any other multi-player game.
• Bonus Exploitation: Opening multiple accounts or using false information to claim registration bonuses or promotions more than once.
• System Disruption: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt PP96's technical infrastructure in any way.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of all balances and winnings, and legal action under applicable Malaysian law.

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by Member

You may close your PP96 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@pp96.click. Before the closure is processed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method, provided all active rollover requirements have been met.

7.2 Suspension by PP96

PP96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or upon request by the relevant authorities. PP96's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

PP96 strives to keep the Platform running without interruption 24 hours a day. However, PP96 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors at all times. PP96 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, server downtime, or third-party provider failures.

PP96's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. PP96 is not liable for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or any other consequential damages.
